Automatic charge shows $8 for least amount - wash. Charged my card $10! We plan to complain to the BBB and the Attorney General, we expect them to pay it back.

What a rip off car wash used my debt card it charged me an extra $5.00 for 5 minutes cost me 10.00 for wash will not use again

Have monthly plans for my personal and work vehicles. The customer service from the team is fantastic, and my vehicles always leave looking new. Highly recommend giving Cheetah Clean your business, you won't regret it!

My car looked pitiful before taking it to Cheetah Clean. I was surprised and how quickly it went through the wash. I was skeptical that it did much, but boy was I surprised. Will definitely go back!

Austin and John at Franklin location, went above and beyond. They personally come out to showed me All the extras I could use at no extra charge! They had no idea I was going to cancel my monthly subscription. I had bought the monthly premium package ($36 per month) a few weeks ago. This was my third time I used the car wash (one in Franklin and one in BG on bypass). I tried Franklin location more time (BG bypass location I will not ever return to)! I was going to cancel because it didn't seem worth the money. My car wasn't clean first 2 times. BG didn't even use the brush down on the car. Just sprayed something on front and sent me through. My car car and tires were not clean at all. My car wasn't even dirty as It was less than a Month old. John had no idea I was dissatisfied, but he came out to meet me at vacuuming area and sled if I like how clean it was. I walked around the car and let him know it was perfect! He then showed me the gadgets taking my car mats to the matt cleaner. He brought out the matt sop sprayed them down and showed me how to use the machines for even gave me tips to dry with air pressure tool. Austin come out and checked on me and informed me that my monthly subscription included roadside assistance and told me that the air fresheners and towels were inside (due to rain). I had no idea this was all included with my monthly plan. Wow! I definitely now realized this was a bargain!! Austin talked highly of the company informing me they were paid far more than minimum wage and I knew they hired people with intellectual disabilities. Cheetah, these two guys saved you from losing a customer. I would suggest Austin train your Bowling Green bypass location because the manager there (a lady I forgot the name needs to improve her customer service skills. That review I will do another day. I've talked to several people that are canceling their plans due to customer service and no bang for your buck. 2 nice gentleman but the lady seemed bothered and the washer assistants were very lazy. If you decide to get a plan use the Franklin location and hope you get Austin, John (and manger R Austin and John, you just
