Some of the absolute worst service I’ve encountered. The lady with glasses at reception was none pulsed when I explained that my dog was choking. Had a nurse look at our dog and then made us fill out paperwork while my dog was having trouble breathing. Compassion and love seems to have left this building. The actual doctor was kinda and attentive she spoke well and seemed concerned.

We took our dog Sammie to Crocker because her ear has been bothering her. She was able to get in quickly with them. She had to have surgery and they did it the next day. They were very nice and very caring.

We have had 4 pets that have seen the vets here. Been going here for years. Not anymore! My lab has a bad ear infection, and they were unable to squeeze him in. The soonest they could “fit him in” was 3 weeks later. We are having all records transferred to new vet who took us the very same day. Bad customer service!!!!!!

Crocker Animal is great been taking my Daisy Mae there for years also my cat(s). In and out for most part, technician and all the vet dr are great. Keep up the good work, irecommend them if ur fur babies need to go to vet.....

Everyone at Crocker Animal Hospital is wonderful and caring. I brought my old man Poodle in because I was worried about his quality of life. During my total meltdown everyone was so caring and understanding.
