I had a great visit to Bright's Antiques in Franklin, KY. The variety was so good, but even better were the helpful staff. Jody was extremely professional and knowledgeable about items as well as locations of the many booths. Jody, Tony and Katrina were some of the most courteous, considerate people that I have met in the business setting. Bright's will be a go-to stop whenever I travel thru.

Fabulous mall filled with really antique things. Some price too high some price way below the price. It depends on what you're looking for.

We have visited antique stores (malls) all over the country and this is one of the better ones. They have much to offer and the prices are reasonable. The staff are friendly and very helpfull. Everytime we are in the area or traveling through, we stop at Bright's. I would highly recommend this antique mall.

One of our favorite antique stores anywhere. It is a massive store with tons of stuff to see. Just don't get lost. It's a required stop if you are nearby.

You don’t need it if you can’t find it here. Wide assortment of antiques and collectibles. Super helpful staff. The outdoor flea market is now on the schedule (see website). Huge covered area that was about half full of vendors. It’s billed as vintage and meet up to that. Parking no problem, restrooms clean. There was a food vendor outside. If you have trouble on uneven terrain, have someone drop you off or park near the outdoor complex.

Big with so much stuff!! Friendly and attentive staff. I never get to see it all because I tend to get stuck at some jewelry booths that literally have dozens of drawers of inexpensive jewelry. I have found so many fabulous pieces for just pennies! Also, don't forget to browse their vintage market which is open 2 weekends a month. Found some incredible bargains!

A little pricey on most things but you can still find a deal if you take your time. Very good quality though and nice variety.

So this antique mall is mediocre as far as what it has. But that's not what's compelled me to write this review. When you first enter the establishment, you are immediately greeted by numerous "anti-theft" signs and a requirement to store your bags in a locker. While I understand the concern about large bags, the excessive number of anti-theft and warning signs becomes overwhelming. The pictures attached to this review were taken within a 20-foot area, and the sheer quantity of signs is truly ridiculous (there were actually several more, but yelp limited me to 10 photos). They seem to be posted every few feet, no matter where you turn. Additionally, most of the items in the booths are hardly worth purchasing, let alone risking potential arrest for. However, the main purpose of this review is to highlight the excessive number of signs present. I have never stolen anything, and I never would, but the level of distrust this place exhibits towards its customers is enough to discourage one from returning.

Call the store the employee gave me the owners number to text her pictures of a coin set I was selling and a single coin I was selling. Well aware of the retail value of the coins I low-balled myself and asked for 25 percent less than that allowing the store for a 25% profit window. Was contacted by text from the owner and told no because I was asking retail price. I then informed her (Jodi Sutherland) that no in fact I had gone 25% under retail allowing her a 25 percent profit window and did not appreciate being lied to. Thought this was the end of it but she bothered texting me back with an attitude telling me never to contact her again. Buyer beware warning here... She's looking for rubes not customers. Really disappointed small town thought might find honesty in sales but no. The information I received was from your employee on the phone if she misrepresented you or anybody at that location by name not my fault I don't care who the owner is the point is I got lied to even when I was being nice and allowing the profit window your response is simply trying to save face for your customers so you don't get a bad review not going to happen staying up while people know it's the truth we're not rubes.

Bright's is one of the best antique malls at which I have shopped. They have unique, exceptional customer service with roving employees who are constantly near to help. They promptly open locked cases, hold selections at the front desk for you while you peruse, or provide you with a tray/basket for smaller selections. The booths are also well organized, with their diverse wares pleasingly presented. I highly recommend dropping in at Bright's to find the treasure you never knew you were missing.
