They actually care about their customers, I went in for a starter and instead of just selling me one they asked if I had a warranty and that it may be covered. It was in fact covered and saved me money. I also went in for a headlight bulb and they were able to install it without any problems. Great customer service.”

“I live in a nearby town from Franklin Kentucky were the stores located. I purposely avoid the advance auto parts that is located the nearest to me in my town and drive an extra distance to go to this advance auto parts, because they are above and beyond helpful, they are courteous with their customer service, and their attitude towards me is that they have my best interest in mind as a consumer and someone that purchases auto parts. Unless a part is out of stock, this will be my go to store for now on, and I will avoid the advance auto parts. Location located nearest me in favor of traveling to go to the store to make purchases. “Other driver front-ended our van, only body work required, but their insurance wanted to total van, although mechanically still sound. Joe Hudson's did a beautiful fix and detailing on our van for very reasonable cost. Personnel there were wonderful.”
