My wife had a prescription that her insurance company is paying but this time this Walgreen charged her full price and did not run through insurance . This prescription does qualify for insurance and was filled within allocated time. When I complained then I was told that it is too late to get a refund. Totally irresponsible lazy and careless staff. I see disregard for customer’s money.

Rude. Confidently rude, especially the older lady that works the front, but also others. Sat at a register waiting to be checked out. Got to the register and was ignored while she was on her phone. I asked if I need to go to another register and was told, without even looking at me or acknowledging me that I could go "over there" and vaguely waved to another register. I went to the other register where the older lady was and she asked me a question. I couldn't hear because the other two employees were standing behind her talking very loudly. I asked her to repeat herself that I couldn't hear her, and she asked if I was a member. When I said I might be she aggressively swung the card machine past the point at which I could use it, as if I had offended her in some way. This type of behavior has happened before but because I don't go very often I've never done anything about it, thinking maybe it was just a bad day for that person. But this seems to be pretty consistent behavior.

Half star rating!!!! this is the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. One person says they can't or won't fill your medication because it's out. Then another tells you "we have plenty let me get that for you!?" The incompetence is thick here. Their always swamped moving at a snails speed but promise quick service. I've been admitted to the hospital twice to receive meds that they could've/should've filled(they were in stock for sure)
I have a newborn an a hospital stay due to your staffs incompetence is unacceptable, Walgreens should be shut down in west Frankfort KY

The pharmacy hours and not refilling medications timely has become a real issue for customers. It's unfortunate and have always loved this location but at this point I'm going to have to transfer.

'Everybody is not the same. Some folks come from hard times and need to watch inflation. I'm always honest. Just want what's due me in return. Added to Review. The products and the rewards are great. However, there's this one there that I did take the proper steps on how to get along with better. I don't know what I ever did, and the reason for it all is I can't understand why. Hurts! Found out about their other location on the East Side. Making them Corporate aware!'

This pharmacy used to be great, that’s no longer the case! It’s absolutely horrible! After 15 years of giving them my business, I will be going elsewhere. My doctor called in my Prozac 2 days ago. After the third attempt to pick up, I finally was able to get a reluctant employee to look in a bin that was sitting on the floor right next to her. It took her all of 3 min to find my medication. At first she told me she would look when she had the time and sent me on my way, at which point I was the only person in line. I started to leave but frustration got the best of me and I went back to ask again. I mean it’s been 3 days of being told to come back! For what? And then the young lady had so much attitude with me. It’s absolutely ridiculous and honestly quite sad how much this place has gone down hill with the lack of care and terrible service.

literally the worst location i’ve ever delays with. i’ve been on the phone waiting for someone to answer for 14 minutes already and there’s still “more than 3 callers ahead of me”. like are they just not answering?! ridiculous.

WOW they are horrible. I has a prescription transferred from Kroger because they didn't have it called confirmed they had it Kroger transferred it I drove over they said they didn't have it I asked them to check again and magically it was there. They told me to come back in an hour I came back in 3 hours they still have not filled it. All they had to do is put a label on it.DO NOT GO UNLESS YOU WSNT TO HAVE HORRIBLE SERVICE.

These are the rudest, nastiest people I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. My prescriptions were forwarded to them from Hometown Pharmacy, when they closed, without any say from me. I used Hometown since I moved to Frankfort 3 years ago. They were ALWAYS so kind & caring there about their patients. The complete opposite of the smug, nasty people at this Walgreens. They couldn't have cared less when I tried to tell them about what happened. Due to all the changes & difficulty getting them on the phone I had been out of my meds for 4 days & was experiencing severe withdrawal symptoms & was wondering why they weren't filling them. after 2 days. This was my first visit & they did things differently than I'd been used too & when I tried to figure out what I needed to do differently all she could say was that, that was a problem for me & my doctor & she hung up on me. I hoped it was only the rude lady I spoke to on the phone but when I went in the store, they were all the same. All they could say was go somewhere else in the most dismissive way possible. No problem that was my 1st & last time to go there. A word to the wise. If you care about your physical, mental & emotional health & wellbeing, go anywhere else in Frankfort for your pharmacy needs. Or wait for them to show you their true colors. Good Luck.

My experience yesterday was ridiculous. All employees seemed to be worried about the vendors bringing in merch or the man on the phone cursing them. It was like the staff was worried about everything and everyone but the actual customers.
