Worst customer service ever received. Over quoted for rental, when I asked to speak to a manager he threw me the keys and told me to find the truck. Upon opening it was full of ants & larva. Told them that was unacceptable he told me he would give me a refund and I could leave. Argued with me about the condition of truck and told me they cleaned it out and I didn't know what they did to the truck and that it's normal and it happens. Paid $535 for truck rental to have bugs dropping on my head and poor customer service. Never told me where the truck was or to inspect it before leaving. What would have happened if I drove off before inspection? A hefty fine for their mistake after spending almost $600 to rent it and made reservations for the truck in advance. I have pictures of the infestation. Told me to drive off with the door open and it would get any remaining bugs out. Who runs a business like this? Uhaul has gone downhill. If I didn't have to move for a career opportunity they wouldn't get a single cent from me.

Made a reservation a week ago to rent a u-haul for a one way trip to Missouri,ee get there to pick up the truck and the women at the desk had very little to no knowledge on the procedure, she tried to charge us over a hundred dollars more than what was originally stated, asked to speak to the manager her reply was I'm new I've only been here to weeks wouldn't even go get her manager we leave and come back manager is there, get the price figured out to what it should be, gives us the key no instructions other than check the gas mileage to make sure it matches up to the paper work. Dosent even bother to show us where the truck is we have to walk around the lot to find it. We pull the truck out of the tree line they had it backed in to make sure the truck wasn't damaged and Clean before we take off with it. Open the back of the truck up and its full of ants/ larva colony. Manager was rude as fuck after we refused to take that truck and told us that if you think it's bullshit you can just cancel it and leave. They claimed to clean their trucks the colony living in the back of this one proves that's a lie and the management/employees are incompetent and unprofessional.... we will never rent from them again, don't waste your fucking time or money with them they don't Care about their customers
