Went in with our 2024 Kia forte with low air in one tire. Was told because it wasn’t one of their tires it was $53 for a flat repair. That’s beyond asinine when most places charge 20-25. Overpriced and not even very good mechanics. Only went there because they were closest. Never again .

I brought my tire to this place to get replaced and talked to he staff about it because my car is on the side of the road and they agreed to let me leave the tire there because they said it would be the next day well it's the next day and my brother wanted to stop by and see if they had any spare tires now this is where this doesn't make any sense because my brother came in there the front desk guy the skinny one said because my brother came in there to ask they didn't order the tire I'm never coming here again that is horrible business and it doesn't make any sense

We bought 3 sets of tires from these folks during the pandemic - one set for an older 1998 vehicle, one set for our son’s 2019 Jeep, and one set for our vintage Corvette. We called today to get an oil change and was told to come in at noon. We still had not been seen at 2:30. For an hour of that other cars were taken back and we kept being told we were next in line. There was a sign in the waiting room that said they wanted to make “lifelong” customers. Well I sure won’t be one. My time is valuable- as is everyone else’s. We are only on this planet for a certain number of days and I’m not going to spend it being lied to at Tire Discounters.

This is an excellent tire store. Jeremy is great to work with, & Zach made a perfect alignment on my truck. Highly recommend this store.

Called on Wednesday morning to schedule an alignment for Friday at 5:30. I explained to the guy I was installing a leveling kit, new tires and wheels. He acted like it was fine, took my number and vehicle info. I showed up Friday at 5. The guy acted confused and acted like I didn’t have an appointment. He tells me the main alignment guy was not there, but he could get it done anyway. Then proceeded to tell me that he’s not the best tech and had a customer come back and complain about an alignment yesterday. Not a good experience for the first time going there. I won’t be back.
