Keith was wonderful in guiding my experience on purchasing a new Tempur-pedic. He took the time to get to know me and my partner’s sleep habits, issues with our current sleeping, and made excellent recommendations. He was knowledgeable and had a recommendation based on our discussions, but allowed me to check out several options. His recommendation was what was the most comfortable!
