I've lived at Rockwood Apartments for 3 years and it's been a good experience. The maintenance takes care of issues within a day. When it snowed, they had people come out and clear the roads and sidewalks (still need to clear your driveway of course). One thing I wish for is that city offer recycling pickup here. It's a quiet, safe area.

If you're young and a person of color don't waste your time. They'll ask for absurd amount of information and with all of that you'll still get denied. They'll show you properties and magically within hours someone else has put a deposit down and it is no longer available. Can't speak to living there as I was not afforded the opportunity but everything from communication to customer services was a solid 1/10. Horribly understaffed and unprofessional.

I have lived in a Sky Properties Apartment since 2015 and they have been great. Affordable rent, quiet complex, pet friendly, and they do an amazing job of keeping upkeep around the grounds and the apartment itself. If you're looking for an apartment in Frankfort I highly recommend them.

Very nice apartments, staff are highly responsive to property needs and keep the outside areas looking nice as well. I appreciate that they allow pets. They make apartment living a breeze. The apartments are well kept up and overall a really great place to live.

Sky Properties takes great care of their properties. Maintenance is quick to respond to any issues that arise and are able to get things fixed in a timely manner. The property and buildings are well maintained and kept cleaned. They also always prepare for winter weather by salting the parking lot, steps, and side walks when needed.

I have lived with Sky Properties for over 15 years now, in two different locations. I have had nothing but the best experience. They have always taken care of the property and and the apartments I have resided in. Maintenance is done in a timely manner and they are very big on preventative maintenance to stay on top of things. Personally, with no family close by, they have really stepped up and went above and beyond when I needed help relocating because of medical constraints. They really have been a blessing and really do care about their residents.

Best management in Frankfort. Been here for 5 years and never had an issue. Maintenance checks done regularly with filter replacements and they always take care of any problems asap! They keep the entry ways clean and sanitized. Beautiful landscaping. Always know that walkways and parking lots will be salted and scraped during winter storms. Easy to reach and talk to.

I have happily rented from Sky Properties for over 4 years now. They are wonderful people and maintain their apartments, inside and out, better than any place I’ve rented from before.I have recommended Sky Properties multiple times and will continue to do so!I especially love that they are pet friendly!

We just moved into Sky Properties back in January and my family and I are very happy. Its a quiet and very close to downtown Frankfort. It has a great view of downtown and Sky properties is very quick to get a repair person if we have any issues.

I've lived at the Eagles Roost property for 6 years now and this will likely be my final year as my wife and I are looking to start a family and want our own home.In the 6 years I've been here, the people over at Sky Properties have been nothing, but respectful and professional in my experience. I've had a number of problems crop up. Water heater went out, toilet developed a crack, drains get clogged, etc. and they have always been quick to respond to any service requests we've submitted.The neighborhood is quiet for the most part and I've never had any problems with any of my neighbors.One of the most important factors for me was also the fact that they accept pets here.If for some reason I found myself needing to move back into an apartment, I'd definitely look into renting from Sky Properties again.
