I have lived in a Sky Properties Apartment since 2015 and they have been great. Affordable rent, quiet complex, pet friendly, and they do an amazing job of keeping upkeep around the grounds and the apartment itself. If you're looking for an apartment in Frankfort I highly recommend them.

Very nice apartments, staff are highly responsive to property needs and keep the outside areas looking nice as well. I appreciate that they allow pets. They make apartment living a breeze. The apartments are well kept up and overall a really great place to live.

Sky Properties takes great care of their properties. Maintenance is quick to respond to any issues that arise and are able to get things fixed in a timely manner.
