Have been to the Frankfort Sherwin Williams location about 4 times now. Alastair has assisted me 3 times now in my paint selection and I have never been disappointed in his advice and recommendations. Truly impressed with this young man's paint knowledge and professional skills.

SW Frankfort Ky store is fabulous. Store clerk very helpful in picking out the best paint coverage for my project. I love the oil based trim and door paint, goes on smoothly and dried finish is perfect. I also purchased flat interior paint (hushed auburn) to go over wall with imperfections and it looks great. Very happy with purchase.

SW has the best paint hands down. I know there are comparable paints but they are ridiculously expensive. I have the worst time making up my mind, but Kaitlyn helped me choose a color, and was so very patient and kind. She even color matched an old can of paint saving me money. I should have written this review years ago, the people there are always nice, but Kaitlin was exceptional. If you like a paint color at a more expensive store they’ll whip it up in no time. I’m so grateful to this store, and you do save money and so much time - one can of SH does the job of three coats of say Valspar. Thank you Kaitlin!

Store has amazing selection and knowledgeable staff. Answered all my questions and made me feel good about my purchase. Store is immaculate with all kinds of goodies to assist with the job. Will definitely be back!

Fantastic place! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I brought in a sample of the paint that I needed and they were able to whip up a batch for me within minutes. The store was clean and well organized. Highly recommend.

Terrible experience from start to finish. Tried to use the online order system, step 2 would simply repeat and repeat without taking the order. Drove to the store and was charged $6 more than the online sales price. When I noticed the discrepancy I took the product back to the store and rather than refund the difference the manager made several nonsensical excuses. It became obvious that he just wanted me to go away and take my business elsewhere. After returning the product I drove across town to Lowe's where I found satisfaction.
