Reviewing this Shell and Dev Patel in general - this fellow hires good people. Along with this Shell, he runs a logistics company that delivers for Fed Ex, Shyona Transport. I had chewy delivered today and I was too firm with the driver about it being delivered to the house and not the top of the hill; driver was a total professional and carried the heavy box all the way to the house. Wish I'd been softer with him - wish I'd offered him water; he'd already had a rough day by the way he accidentally got in the grass - he deserves all the kudos and I'm trying to get them to Mr. Patel anyway I can in hopes that he will pass them on to his top notch driver and better human than me.
Five stars for the Shell too - pay at pump always works and I never have to go inside to pay if I don't want to : )

I am not sure where you all are stopping but EVERY time I have stopped there the gentleman that worked Tuesday afternoon 1/9/24 which is the one whom is ALWAYS rude & hateful, on the phone and reeks of smoke is just horrible.

This is the 1st open gas station that was on my route south this morning and the attentant was rude because I asked if they had a restroom. Gas is real expensive and we bought gas elsewhere because of this. You legally cannot have people on shift and not have a restroom. Let's be honest you don't allow customers to use your restroom because you're too lazy to keep it clean.
