Ive been to tbis car wash twice since new ownership. Both times they failed to clean the inside window where my dog’s nose smudges. The second time i called them to fix it.
First time i got the $35 wash. Second time the $45. Left tips both times for those who did their job. Basically fair job.
Got home on $45 wash and water spots on outside of car. Day later driving with sun hitting window you could see where they cleaned one side if the window but not the other.
Going thru for a was basically ok. Otherwise i could do better hiring a teenager.
Btw i have a 2023 and it’s basically clean so they have little to do.

Customers BEWARE getting service at Rose Mauser’s car wash! I purchased the $45 wash and the crew accidentally locked my car with the keys inside and the engine running. The car had just come out of the wash bay, thus blocking other customers’ car. I called AAA (because no one at this business offered any help apart from offering me a ride to my house, but hey, keys are in the car) and was told it would be 75 minutes so I called a local tow company (props to Holbrook Towing) to see if I could get a driver more quickly because I knew it was affecting their business as other customers were waiting.
While we were waiting, my car is sitting in neutral, burning gas, and cars were lined up waiting so the guys start pushing my car out of the way. I stopped them in a panic because they had no way to stop the vehicle and there is a downhill grade to Main Street. I then suggested that perhaps if they put something in front of the wheels, that would make it safer, which they did, and they were able to get to the other customers’ vehicles.
Holbrook towing showed up within 15 minutes and had my door unlocked. I requested that Rose Mauser’s car wash reimburse me for the tow truck and for my car wash. I was told by the man at the desk (who stated he had spoken with the owner, Rose Mauser) they would not refund me because it was “my fault” despite my stating that there is no way it was my responsibility to make sure that keys didn’t get locked in cars.
I was told by two crewmembers outside that they are supposed to have somebody at the beginning of the wash bay to make sure doors don’t get locked when there are keys in the car. This obviously wasn’t done and yet it’s “my fault.”
And here I need to state the obvious, keys need to be left in the vehicle so they can, oh, I don’t know, DRIVE THE CAR from the vacuum bay to the wash bay and yet Rose Mauser’s car wash refuses to take responsibility for their own mistake. I had been there several times in the past and never had an issue.
I am out $126.75 (wash, tip, door unlocking) and will be going out of my way to let people know how this business is run. I know it’s up for sale so Rose Mauser likely doesn’t care; Nevertheless, people need to be warned, and perhaps consider giving their hard earned money to another business.

Paid for the $26 service and the interior dash and door panels were not clean. When I called back he said to come back (35 miles each way) and he would clean, oh wait tomorrow morning…. When I explained how far I was then he said it probably wasn’t worth it and just hung up…I won’t give them another dollar

Stopped in at roses car wash, east side, Frankfort. Brought my Camaro zl1 and got their best package, $45, for interior and exterior. Gave a $10 tip as well as I always tip $10 to $20. Unfortunately, the rear tires were too wide and the car sits too low so the vehicle got stuck when entering the wash. We all lift the car and got it unstuck after about 3 minutes. Instead of going through the wash they sprayed the car down with a hose and pulled it around to hand dry. When I entered and told the gentleman behind the counter that it won't fit through the wash he charged me an extra $10 because they have to "hand wash" which is something that gets done anyways with the $45 package. They had customers so I didn't make a scene over the $10 but I won't be going back. When I got my car back the dash and middle console was dusty, not wiped down. Dog hair still stuck to the seats, the inside windows poorly wiped down and streaky. They used less time and resources to wash my car and still charged me more. No wax, no going through the wash, etc.... I paid $65 for them to hit my car with a hose and then hand dry. I won't be going back.*Edit. Guy told me he hated cleaning black rims so those didn't get wiped down at all. I didn't get half of what I paid for and was charged more for itService: Vacuuming
