Very cozy bookstore, the attic always has some nifty finds for niche topics and stuff that is more broadly appealing.

Very nice bookstore with a great section of KY authors and other books of local interest. The staff are helpful and friendly. There is a very nice cafe adjacent to the bookstore. Both are a good reason to visit Frankfort.

Neat little shop! Go upstairs for old books; light switch is on the left hand side about eye/chest level when you walk in.

The store is warm and comfy. It has a great selection of both books and other items not found any where else. Love spending time there. The staff is great.

During a day visit to Frankfort, KY my wife and I visited Poor Richard's Book's on Main Street. If you are a true lover of books both new and especially new, this is your place. One of its 'calling cards' is the second floor attic that houses a fair amount of old treasures. You will be there a while perusing the myriad of selections. This locally owned bookstore has a rustic feel and features a coffe/pastry shop next door. It also features best sellers, new releases, local interest sources and gifts. My wife and I purchased several children's books for the grand daughter due this Christmas.

Support you local bookstore! We liked the upstairs with its assortment of antique books. We had a BALL rummaging through some of the old titles. Don't miss this spot!

Great bookstore with one level of a variety of books and genres, plus an “attic” (2nd floor) with old books that are great as well! Such a cute place to buy a book, then stop into the adjoining coffeehouse for a hot drink and to read. Photo is of the second floor attic

A new and used bookstore with deliciously creaky floors and library ladders. Coffee shop right next door. You can lose yourself for hours in perfectly dusty books!

Great bookstore! As usual, I could spend hours here. It's somewhat expensive, way more than I'm used to spending. My local bookstore is Half Price Books in Bowling Green, KY. I saw the Lorax in the window and just had to have it. My wheelchair didn't have much room to maneuver and I didn't get to go upstairs. Not sure if there's an elevator but I've been told all the old books are upstairs. So maybe next time!

Such a cool place to visit! Between the ambience, the book selection, and the top tier customer service, this is a must do in Frankfort. Just don't forget to take the journey upstairs to their attic!!

This would've probably been a decent book store if someone was able to help me find a book I was interested in but I had to look myself. After looking at several titles I realized that this book store was nothing but a woke ideological indoctrination camp.If you're looking for all things "progressive" then maybe you'll like it here.
