Convenient location, staff is either friendly or indifferent to your existence (depending on who's there). Machines have recently been upgraded. Just a warning, if you go early in the morning the sun blasts in through the front windows.

Absolutely zero help getting started. The building was clean, and when we finally did get "help" the staff more or less just brushed us off. I'm still not sure if we got signed up or not. No confirmation, no assistance, horrible experience.

Good facility, clean all the weights you need.
My only complaint is, I wish this gym was 24 hours, or at least closed later on days it isn’t.
Overall a good place to workout.

Constantly having my account overcharged with late fees when they take it out of my bank account..which has plenty of Benjamin's...yet Noone staffed knows what to do to correct it. Poor customer service 0/10

Planet Fitness has a policy that lets biological men in the women's areas. If you complain, you will likely be cancelled and banned based on a recent occurrence. If you don't want to possibly see a man's junk in the women's locker room, take this into consideration. .

Extremely clean building and equipment. The staff are always welcoming and friendly. Even when they're busy, it's never completely packed with people. There is plenty of equipment for everyone. I really do love the black card perks. The massage chairs, tanning beds, and full showers in locker rooms top the hole package off

The machines are splattered with old sweat and filth. The whole place smells like moldy B.O. The changing rooms and shower are oddly clean in comparison, so at least there's that. Gym rules aren't enforced at all. I watched someone spitting chewing tobacco in a water bottle, just hanging out. Gross.
