I got there as soon as they opened and there was a lot of people already. They moved quickly but it didn’t seem rushed! This was my first time going and I definitely will be back!

Went to paradise nails after reading some great reviews and hearing good things by word of mouth and decided to try them out vs going to my normal salon in Lexington. I made an appointment and scheduled with a specific person… only to not have that specific person do my nails. I was slightly confused by that, but they were busy. Maybe they shouldn’t ask who you want to schedule with if they aren’t gonna put you with them. The girl that did my nails was super nice, but i definitely did not get “quality” nails for paying 70$ including a tip. Very unsatisfied with the outcome. I returned home to basically file my nails myself as they were very uneven and the shape was crooked. Unfortunately i cannot fix the SNS layer myself, but the photos speak for themselves and they are very lumpy and uneven. I will not be back due to the poor quality experience.

Okay, I'm gonna start off with the fact that I used to always go here and I've always had an amazing experience. Ever since they've been fully staffed it has changed and not in a good way. Now, not everyone is like this but it's 2 or 3 men that are so rude and it's not okay. My daughter went and the worker was rude to her, and mean and she had friends with her so he wouldn't let her speak to them at all. Never have I had this experience. Like I said it's not always like this but if you go. Always ask for station 6, he is kind he designs really well and is so sweet to talk too. Station 3 and 4 don't ask for them they're rude and station 4 loves to yell and argue it just is not as good as it used to be, he also charged my daughter $20 extra for trying to change the shape of her fill ins and forced her to get the gel while I wasn't in the store just to get money. I hope nobody has this experience, and they really check those 2 workers.
