We've purchased many cars over the years - (Jordan - our Salesperson) and (Billy - the general manager) are by far the easiest and most knowledgeable people to work with. They have passion in the car industry and it shows. I approached the dealership with a strict budget and a deal in mind. With at they weren't pushy or aggressive as 75% of dealerships are in this market. I feel they had my best interests in mind and I highly recommend working them. 5 stars / A++++ Keep it up and we will return!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Purchased a 2024 Nissan. My experience could not have been better. Rashawn Pierre-Louis was my salesman. He was great. I had a million questions for him and he took the time to help me. I was not pressured at all. I got the car on Tuesday and went back on Wednesday to talk with Rashawn about a couple of things I was unsure of. He was very patient with me. Give this man a raise! Michael was also very helpful and personable .

I drove to Detroit to buy my 2022 Traverse in Oct. of 2023 from a Chevrolet dealer there.
Living in Ky I had to find alocal Chevrolet dealer as my Traverse is a GM certified vehicle. Neil Huffman Chevrolet stepped up to the plate and has become my service provider. No issues , no " well you didn't buy it from us" that another dealer told me.
Just good honest service. In fact they helped me find my Traverse since they didn't have what I was looking for.

Everyone that I met add Neil Huffman was very nice untreated me politely it was a comfortable visit the only reason I didn't give it a five is that they seem to have they had to follow to allow the owner to get as much profit as possible and personally I was more concerned about my money than I was his lol,

I purchased and paid cash for a vehicle from Neil Huffman Chevrolet in Frankfort on June 29, 2024. 6 weeks later I still have not received a title. I called them and was told there’s a lien on the vehicle from the previous owner that prevents them from transferring the vehicle to my name and they are not paying off that lien. I have contacted the Franklin County Attorney and am told this is an illegal transaction by the Huffman Group and I should file a civil suit. Which I’m in the process of doing. The vehicle isn’t even Huffmans to sell. Avoid these people is my recommendation

This place is a joke. All they do is lie and give you the runaround on everything. We bought our truck from them in April. We only had it in our possession for 12 days total to today’s date. It has been in the shop the rest of the time. When we try to get answers they either don’t answer us or just say they’ll call us back.. and don’t. Anywho, here we are in August with no vehicle for my husband. If this were the last place on earth to get a vehicle, i'd rather bicycle everywhere than to go through this headache again.
