I've had my nails done here last three times. Obviously I'd been satisfied or I wouldn't have continued returning. My pedicure was done by a guy, not who my appointment was with. I had to ask for the massage chair to be turned on. I sat there with no water about 15 minutes. When he did turn on water it was cold. I had to ask for hot water. He shoved my purse beside me in the chair. That was uncomfortable. There are chair arms to place your belongings. I fixed that myself. I've never had my legs twisted and turned like he did, it hurt. I told him it hurt but he went on with it. After he finished I sat through 4 others getting manicures of one sort or another to finally have my S&S done by the gal I had the appointment with. She cut my nails down to the nubs. I had nice length and wanted my nails trimmed, not chopped off. She chopped off healthy nails. She didn't listen. Obviously she never looked at the picture of my requested design. This all took about 4 hours I'll never get back and $110 for the saddest looking nails ever. I did not have the appointment I requested. I definitely won't go back. She did a great job first two times.

I’m traveling and needed a mani/pedi.
I walked in and they took me right then.
What an exceptional experience. Robert and Sophia were top notch. My nails (gel manicure) were so perfect! Robert is the best!
My pedicure from Sophia , was 10 stars.
The leg massage was so relaxing.
Robert and his wife have had the business for 18 years. Please give them a try.
When I’m back in town, I will be back.

The staff here are wonderful! I feel great every time I come out the door with a fresh mani/pedi. Fantastic work and nail designs that I always love. Tia knows what type of designs I like and I'm always happy with their work.

Went for sns and tips added. She decided to cut all my natural nail off and then do acrylic inlay and then sns.. 55.00 for thick bumpy nails..

Horrible. Supposed to be first come, first served. The girl went between three customers ... Even though my granddaughter was here first! Even with soaking off old nails would not take 2.5 hours if the girl had just worked on the customer who came in first which was us. I will never be back again. I don't mind waiting my turn, but then to watch others being finished before we even really start is ridiculous.Service: Acrylic nails

I have been coming here for years but, I won't be back! I came in with my friend at 2:45 PM on a Sunday and at first we were put in the chairs for our nails, after sitting there for 20 mins we were taken back for our pedicures and that was a 2 hour process. My friends toenails were fully covered in polish and she was halfway done with her nails when they decided they would make time to start mine. I thought everything about this experience was ridiculous and I left without my fingernails done. If they would have started my nails when we first got there that, would have been better than me getting my toes done because, I could have got that done the next day. When you spend that much money on services, you should be treated like you are just as important as anyone else. It's not first come, first serve. They do as they please and the polish should be covering the entire nail not, just part of it. I felt rushed and if I would have gotten my nails done they would have probably broken off.

Called before going in to check wait time for pedicure. They said to come right in and they could start. I arrived not even 5 minutes later to find out they had 3 other people in chairs they hadn't started on, and they had been there a while. Not OK to lie to someone just to get them thru the door.

HORRIBLE!!!!! ive been getting my nails done for YEARS. i recently moved from Lexington to frankfort. ive been to so many nail shops in frankfort they all SUCK! too thick or to thin they are all uneven and sideways ect. i told them to just stop mid doing my nail. its so sad that they even made me pay almost $50!!! for these thats not even done or anything. its so sad that i have to drive all the way to Lexington to get my nails done. I honestly dont recommend going ANYWHERE here in frankfort. i also had to even wait 2 HOURS just to even get in the chair. what a waste of money and time. im so done!!!
