Had a nightmare problem.Bought a dryer from (name withheld) and the power cord they gave did not have any screws to install the power cord. The guy who helped me find what I needed knew what the hell he was doing. Thank you for your help man.

I bought a GFI receptacle to replace one that went bad in my home. The new GFI did not fix the problem so I had to call in an electrician. The electrician said the new GFI was bad and simply replaced it which fixed the problem. When I returned the GFI to the store even though I had the receipt I did not have the box it came in so they told me there was nothing they could do. Now I out the cost of an electrician and two GFI's because they sold me a defective part and would not stand behind their product.

i bought a GFI here to replace a bad one at home. The new gfi didn't fix the problem so I had to call in an electrician. The electrician said that the gfi I bought was defective. He simply replaced it and everything was fine. I returned the defective part to Lyons Ace Hardware and even though I had the receipt they would not take it back because I did not have the box for it. So now I am out the cost of 2 gfi's plus an electrician all because they sold me a defective part and would not stand behind their product. Buy local, support small business. I bet if I had bought it at a big box store they would have done the right thing and given my money back!

The customer services is awesome. The guys in the parts department were so helpful and worked diligently to find the elusive part I needed for my lawnmower. Super nice guys that found the exact part I needed. I will always head to Lyons Ace Hardware in the future!
