I was shopping for a car for my teen daughter. We visited many places, before we made a purchase at Lenko Motors. It was easy, transparent, fast and enjoyable experience. Set up an appointment to go see a 2017 camry. Car was nice and so was the price. Their website clearly says that they finance and when I mentioned that was how I wanted to pay Mr.Lenko says "we don't do that anymore" and gets upset with me and just leaves us standing in the lot, he literally gets in the car and drives off. It was kind of rude. If I knew before hand I could of got financed on my own but his attitude was very unprofessional. If you go there make sure you are already approved for a loan or have cash.

It was a pleasure to deal with Lenko Motors from the very first call till the closing of the deal. On each step they were honest and provided full scope of information possible. My impression was that they stay behind quality of their vehicles and I was confident that I get exactly what I need and what I am paying for. I am driving the Camry now for several months and it is reliable and comfortable as expected. It was a joy and a privilege to meet and do business with them.

We have unfortunately had to contact the Ky Attorney General's office and the Ky Motor Vehicle commision to file a Failure to Transfer title complaint against Lenko Motors. We have called multiple times and emailed in attempt to remedy this situation. We bought the car for our daughter and paid in full. He failed to provide us with a completed title and the BMV will not transfer ownership until this is fixed by Lenko Motors. Lenko insists that it is my problem and that he wants money to fix the issue. The last time I spoke with him to try and explain he hung up on me. We have now discovered that the car he said was not wrecked HAS BEEN WRECKED. I am now having to file civil charges with the Franklin Co. Attorney. What a nightmare!!!! Buyer beware
