My local pharmacy was out of my RX. Kroger literally told me they had it, but then after they realized I hadn't been there in a while they were like "we have to save our stock for our patients". So you're putting my life at risk because someone else might need it? If I walked in to get my medicine you can't deny me because someone MIGHT come in next week who's been there longer.

This pharmacy in frankfort is horrible. Not only did their system get hacked, but a lot of people's information got stolen. They couldn't even fill a prescription correctly. They filled the wrong milligram because they didn't have the correct milligram. Who does that? Caused me a world of trouble getting my prescription straightened out. Claimed they don't have my medication after filling it for a year. Never offered to help. Lawrenceburg kroger Pharmacy was the most helpful and actually cared enough to call my Dr. to help. I wouldn't let them fill a pack of gum.

This is the worst place to get your prescriptions. 45 minute wait and only us and 1 other car in the drive thru. Very bad service!

The closing times are not accurate. I have been there mtiple days where they have closed at least by 5 pm, one of those days is Friday. They won't update the phone system to reflect the correct hours though, so I have no idea what days we can actually get our prescriptions.

The staff is amazing here! Everyone of them actually. Not only are they friendly and quick to help but akso they are extremely professional and curtious. I was taken care of right away even while showing up earlier than my scheduled appointment. I recommend anybody else to go here and you will be satisfied with the service.

I am appalled at this Kroger’s lack of customer service skills. From pharmacy techs to the pharmacist, everyone I have dealt with has shown a lack of professionalism. There have been multiple instances, but the last couple have left me extremely disappointed.I was in the store and the pharm tech helping me kept rolling her eyes, huffing and puffing...she made it very apparent she did not want to be helping me. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable.Another instance they were out of the medicine we needed. They did not contact me to tell me they did not have this medicine. Instead waited until we were there to pick up the medicine to inform us they would not be filling it until the following week. I called this pharmacy many times to see if we could get it transferred to the same pharmacy across town who had the medicine in stock. Instead of helping me they just hung up. They continue to hang up on me several times after this, then denied ever speaking to me.I am extremely disappointed Kroger would allow a lack of professionalism to this magnitude.

Called to get some information on pricing medications(6/13/19 - 11:50am). The girl who answered phone was rude & had attitude. Talked with the pharmacist to see costs of new prescriptions and he just dodged my questions & referred me to my insurance provider. Will not ever use this pharmacy with the poor customer service. I get that it's hard to find anyone willing to work but Kroger should not let some people deal with customers!

Since when did they not call and tell you they are out of the medication BEFORE you make a trip to come pick it up. When did being incompetent become the norm. After over a decade of using this pharmacy, I will be going elsewhere.

I come to this pharmacy for convenience for the past 10 or so years and I adore Robert and look forward to seeing him. But aside from him it is the rudest nastiest group of individuals. No smile, no kindness, they act like it's a hassle to help you. The pharmacists are worse. So they lead by example. I'm done.

Normally, there is an extremely long waiting time for pick ups. 2.5 hour wait the last few days. Very friendly staff that go the extra mile as far as customer service goes. Overall a nice pharmacy.
