Terrible communication skills and services. They said the wait was 30 minutes. Then decided they couldn’t fill it after 40 minutes. Yet I’m sitting here waiting and it was called in early in the day. Very slow, unprofessional and the Pharmacist left it up to the kid working the register to figure out what was happening and offered no assistance. If I could give this place negative stars I would!

Not real impressed when you have to wait so long for a prescription refill. Told 250 refills ahead of you then see people in pharmacy not being very diligent on filling prescriptions to be caught up. Was told they contacted our provider to get prescription ok only to call provider and be told no call was made. Could be time to find a new pharmacy.

Nothing is ever ready when it’s supposed to be. They say they will order something and don’t. It’s honestly just Kroger in general. Everything about both Krogers in Frankfort is terrible.

Hubs feeling puny & Covid test kits we had at home were expired, so off I go to Kroger to pick up some things for dinner and a new test kit. Got home, he opened the test & used it. Sure enough, got a positive result. Next morning I head back to Kroger for a couple more test kits so we can test him a couple more times & me, too. When I get home, I notice the kit he had opened & used, that I had bought off the Kroger pharmacy shelf the DAY BEFORE, had expired 4 months ago. So I pulled out the two new kits I had purchased in the same Kroger pharmacy not 2 hours earlier and found they WERE ALSO EXPIRED!!! Again, expired for FOUR MONTHS!!! Seriously? Expired tests on the shelf for purchase? What in the world are they thinking??? I took the two unopened kits back right away and the Customer Service rep was happy to refund my money, but really? Is this any way to run a pharmacy? Im shocked.

There is not enough time in the day , to explain the inconsistencies, foul customer service, and unprofessional practices of this pharmacy. Period.

I'm at Kroger on a Monday evening after work to get groceries for the week. However, they only have 4 registers open for service, along with the self checkouts open. I have a cart load of groceries, have worked all day and don't plan to check myself out. I have been in line for 10 minutes and two cart loads in front of me. Please don't become Wal-mart, because that is why I stopped going there two years ago. (POOR to NO SERVICE) People does not want to work all day and come and check themselves out; unless it's a few items and self checkout is for the convenience.

I don’t know who is running this pharmacy, but they need to get it together. I’ve never got my prescription on time. Most of the time, when I have a new prescription sent or need a refill, they say it can’t be done till sometime the next day. That’s ridiculous. There isn’t a single other pharmacy I’ve been to that makes you wait a whole day to get the medicine you need. And when you do pick up, it always takes 20 minutes or more. The state of this pharmacy is truly sad and I would avoid if at all possible.
