Logan, the repair tech from Joey's, did an excellent job repairing our dryer. He was prompt, professional and obviously very experienced. Logan tried diligently to repair my washer. When it couldn’t be repaired, they gave me a great price on a new washer. It was delivered the day I purchased it!Great customer service. Logan came out to repair my washer it was beyond repair due to rusted transmission. He was super nice and explained everything. The next morning my wife called Joeys Maytag they had the new model she wanted. They gave us a credit for trying to repair our old one and matched Lowe's price. Also delivered that same day, even removed my old one. Can't get this type of service just anywhere. Thank you guys!!

Recently got a washer and dryer here...they work very well and they were nice enough to load them onto my brothers trailer for him....they also come with a warranty which I think is a nice perk

Great place to find parts for your appliances! The staff was very helpful! And the parts only took I day to arrive! The only problem I have is the price! But that's not the stores fault! It's the manufacturer! All in all ,I would still go back if I needed more parts!!
