The staff were very nice and the gym was very clean and tidy, however when we arrived to our room there was a booger or something stuck to the side of the bed frame, one of the lights in the bathroom was flickering, the toilet wouldn't flush properly half the time, the pool was visibly dirty, and they logged all our stuff out of the TV before we checked out (the tv already said the next recipients name on it). The breakfast was good though and the pillows in the room were very soft.

As a Hilton Honors diamond member, I've been in many Hilton properties over the years. This Home 2 Suites in Frankfort KY is one of the most comfortable as far as the rooms, public spaces, and atmosphere go.
There is a sticker on the bathroom mirror that says to call the front desk if you need anything, including extra towels. However, when I did that yesterday, the employee started explaining to me as to why the number of towels in my room was sufficient. Finally, she begrudgingly brought up another set of towels and a bath mat, which had not been replaced at the mid stay housekeeping. She actually tried to talk me out of a bath mat!

This place was great. Nice and clean. Would definitely stay here again. Jessie at the front desk is awesome! Also the rooms have nice blackout shades which are excellent if you love sleeping in the dark.
Rooms: Very clean. Nice large room.

Nearby activities: Good location. Lots of nearby restaurants and just a few miles from Buffalo Trace distillery.

The room was great! Had a couch for lounging and a very comfortable bed. Fridge and even a mini kitchen, almost like a small apartment. Would definitely stay again.

We often seek out Home2 locations while on vacation. This one was fine. The room was clean. The breakfast attendant kept everything tidy and full. Thunderstorms rolled through which caused the satellite cable to be out most of the evening. We didn't use the pool or weight room so I can't speak to them. Our room was on the 2nd floor. It was perfectly dark at night, like a cave. My reason for giving 4 stars is because of the bedding. While clean, the pillows themselves were yellowed and just off-putting. Also it appeared there was a mattress pad used for a flat sheet? I'm not positive, but it was just weird.

This is by far one of th best hotels I haver stayed in. Clean and spaious room and the staff are phenomenal! Denise really gooes out of her rather rather it be at the desk or taking plates for guest when are finished and does it with a smilg face .She reprsetives your hotel very profofessionally! Geno the breakfast lady does a fantastic job as well!

We spent 4 days here with 8 other couples while we went to different distilleries on the Bourbon Trail. The hotel is exceptionally clean. The staff was very helpful and responsive to our questions. They even brought us chocolate chip cookies one evening!

We stayed at this location specifically for EV charging and when we arrived around midnight to check in, there were gas vehicles filling all the EV charging spots which was frustrating. The hotel should be more vigilant of keeping those spots clear.

I stay at this Home2 often for work. Always a good experience, staff is great. Nathan always takes care of anything I need or ask. Jessie and Denise are always friendly and helpful.
