I always call these guys. They come so fast and their prices are really reasonable. I always call them and then get a receipt and then turn it into my insurance because the road side assistance through my insurance company take 2 to 24 hours to get to me. So this is way better if you have the money that is. Sometimes I don't have the extra money so I have to wait.

A couple of weeks ago I was going down the interstate when my car started acting up. Unfortunately I didn't have a lot of tools in my car to do much of anything and the sound it was making didn't sound like it could be fixed with a wrench or screwdriver, so I managed to get my car to a shell gas station in Frankfort. I knew it wasn't going to be able to make it back home so I started looking for tow companies to tow me home. I read about a few but they didn't seem what I was looking for so I called Holbrook Towing. The truck was there in a matter of minutes. Mike did an awesome job of towing me home without damaging my car and was very reasonable with the price. I made sure to get one of the business cards so if I need to be towed again I know who to call. I highly recommend!!!

Normally they are pretty fast but the past several times I've called to get a vehicle towed they've told me it would be 3 to 4 hours and once said they had no one to do it.

I didn't actually visit as my experience was in a phone call to them. A friend of mine had ran off the road the Friday before the Christmas Sunday and I called Holbrook towing. I called several towing but no luck. While they all basically said the same thing, which was that they would not be towing until Tuesday, Holbrook towing was the least helpful and was the rudest. I will remember that the next time I may need a tow.
