I paid 6,000 for a vehicle and the same day I bought it, it was overheating. I called and left several messages no response. He finally contacted me on Friday and offered to give me 375.00, it's gonna cost me 12,000 dollars to fix the car. It was a horrible experience.

What’s up with this place stopped there yesterday to look at a vehicle that was advertised on the website and the place was abandoned no cars on the lot building looked like it hasn’t been used in a long time I was disappointed I really was looking forward to possibly buying a truck that was advertised on the site

Family has bought 3 cars from Mr Hensley what he told us about the cars was true after a few minor things they have been great vehicles would recommend him to buy ur next car from.

Mr. Hensley sold me a Ford Taurus in 2001, it was the best car I ever owned. Drive that car for 12 years, and only had to replace a water pump.

I hate to give that many stars. I bought a really good looking 2007 Ford Edge. Just as soon as I signed the check he told me it had been wrecked. So far in about two years I have had about $3000 worth of work that has had to be done on it and now this morning the water pump went out. The car will soon be brand new with parts we have replaced just about everything on it! Lesson learned! NEVER AGAIN!

We have purchased two cars at Hensley's auto with great success. Mr. Hensley is accessible and knowledgeable about cars, but also supportive if you take your car to an outside mechanic. I would recommend Mr. Hensley to anyone who is looking for a great deal and also encourage you to get a second opinion from a mechanic no matter who you are buying from. Five stars for Hensley's Auto Sales!
