Some of the most friendly people work here and are very attentive to your needs. I'm going blind and my son has special needs and they go over the top to make both of us comfortable and happy. They are fast but not so much as to make you feel like you're holding them back or that they are rushing you out. Big THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WORKING HERE AND I HIGHLY RECOMMED THEM TO ALL RANGES OF PEOPLE
Requested style: I love short and easy, so all I have to do is fun my fingers through and spike it messy
Specialities: Great with my son with Down syndrome and other issues they never push him too far and are very attentive to just him, which makes it even more special for him
Hair type: My hair tends to grow thicker in some places, and other places never helped me with that, but here they always help and never act like it's a bother for them
Stylist: I'm terrible with names, but I believe everyone that works there has done mine or my sons hair before, and I don't have a single complaint about anyone. They might have a complaint about me because I tend to talk the whole time I'm getting my hair done. I don't leave the house much, and I do apologize for it, but they are very understanding, so we talk like we've known each other our whole lives. I look forward to getting to go there for my haircut

Stylist: Each visit, the stylist sees the brief note from my last visit, and keeping the same hairstyle seems easier than explaining what you want each time.

Re: Great Clips- Brighton Ctr. Frankfort, Ky One Star (or--No Stars) for exceptionally rude treatment by two staff (unfamiliar to me) after 2 1/2 years as a customer. A 12-minute wait on Sign-in turned into 1 hour + due to employee taking lunch break just as my turn came up, then next stylist bumped me for another person. Upon noting I was next in the queue, she declined to give a haircut!?!? I refer specifically to two stylists here... Stephanie and Ashley. Needless to say, I won't be back to this location. This level of blatant rudeness would never happen at the Versailles store or Lexington Great Clips. Overall, beyond disappointing... but a disgusting experience at the Brighton Center Great Clips. Brighton Gr. Clips owner and manager take note.

Stephanie did a great job cutting my hair! Even though the shop was extremely busy, and she was working alone part of the time I was there, she took time with all customers. I did not feel she was rushing anyone through to get to the next customer. I would certainly recommend her!
