DO NOT GO! The person named Laurence or how ever you spell it does not need to be working as a stylist! Absolutely horrified. I have curly hair I asked for my hair to be kept at CHIN LENGTH and got a butchered pixie, on one side, the other is 3 inches longer than the other. . I will not be returning. They messed my hair up so bad. Theres no coming back from this. The person cutting my hair would not listen to me. She started drying my curly hair with a hair dryer and a round brush, all while I was saying- I do t want a hair dryer used on my hair. She continued. When I tried to use her water bottle to wet it down to try to do something with it. She kept taking it out of my hand. I went to go get a trim.. she ruined it. I've been fighting back crying all day.

Checked in online and had a 10 minute wait. When we got there we let hem know we were there and that we had checked in online. We waited a little bit one of the stylist came up to take us and looked at a gentleman across from us asked if his name was ours he said no gave him her name and she took him back. We went up to let them know we had checked in and we should have been next and her response was we called your name several times but you didn't came up. Our name was never called but one time when another gentleman was asked if that was his name. Never again will we go to this location. What is the use of online check in if it's not going to be used correctly.

Absolutely horrified. I asked for CHIN LENGTH and got a butchered pixie. I will not be returning. They messed my hair up so bad. Theres no coming back from this. Absolutely nothing will fix it. and my sons. . . I went to go get a confidence boost for myself. ruined it. I've been fighting back crying all day. The lady DOES not need to wear a face shield that's DIRTY. She wants to cover her mouth she needs a regular face mask so she can see what's she's doing. Extremely Extremely upset with my results..a waste of $40. I could have paid someone half of that do it better.

Went to get a haircut got one then ask to get my beard trimmed up she told me she couldn't was getting backed up .I thought I was a costumer took 5 to cut my hair and charge 16 dollars for that very high for hair cut plus she was rude and so she didn't get a tip from me

Most definitely the worst haircut I’ve ever had twice after giving them a second chance. Horrible fade clearly uneven now I’ve gotta pay someone else to fix their mistakes. Don’t waste your time if you take pride in your appearance!

I'm reviewing in place of my friend, who made the mistake of coming here to get their hair done to help boost their self confidence. Not only did the older woman with shoulder-length brown hair absolutely BUTCHER my friend's hair (hacked up, uneven, much shorter than they asked for), but my friend went back for their jacket and heard this woman who dares to call herself a hair stylist talking about "her absolute dyke of a client". You've got some terrible, prejudiced people working at this location and I hope they either get proper training so they can actually do the job they are PAID TO DO or they get fired.

Completely uneven and botched my hair. All I asked for was my ends trimmed and bangs trimmed up. Whatever older lady that worked there did an awful job and I won’t ever be returning. I left there in tears with how terribly it all turned out.
