While traveling from Ohio to Atlanta, I happened to stop by and spend time at the Goodwill Store in Frankfort. My first impression was how well the entire store was organized. Then, I noticed the theme of different color displays at the entrance of each aisle shelf. Yellow to purple to all colors and its related items are displayed in the same color theme. I wondered how much effort and time it takes to collect similarly colored items for sales donated on different days. It is an exemplary display of work and shows the passionate work of the employees involved. It is also a brilliant idea to attract customers. I met and appreciated floor employees, especially Ms. Marjerie, who spent her time making this different color arrangement!
I also noticed that the entire store is clean and the employees are friendly. The aisles are spacious, and things were kept on shelves methodically in proper groups, like glasses, china cups, electronics, kids' play items, etc.
Ten years ago, I visited the old Goodwill store near the McDonald & Fleamarket complex. What a difference this Goodwill store compared to that old one. Great job guys! Let me see how it will be maintained when I visit next time.

This is not a good priced good will and don’t bother going on SUNDAYS for the dollar tags they just change them from that color I have gone 4 Sundays in a row and every time all the dresses have almost all the same color tags not the color of the week so you won’t find a deal pretty sad since everything is donated

This place sometimes has half-used things in very good condition and even new, but the prices are actually quite high, considering that they are donations where they forget that the people we donate are to help those who have a low budget but have exceeded their budget. prices that are sometimes embarrassing should be more aware

Rip off just like all the other Goodwill stores. They get the stuff for free and ask practically full retail for any items I end up seeing that I’m remotely interested in. Zero stars. Pathetic.

Last week I took 2 truckloads of furniture. They took the bottom of a nice hutch but not the top because "it required assembly". TWO small screws is what we're talking. Then I had a nice older sturdy wood desk but they wouldn't take it because it had a few scratches near the foot of it. They also wouldn't take a perfectly good steel queen bed frame, just because he didn't want to. (And it was already assembled). He also wouldn't take a chest of drawers that was perfectly good except one side of one of the handles had come off, (which I honestly didn't know) but could've easily been fixed with a drop of wood glue. He also chose not to take a couch or a wash machine that was several years old that had nothing wrong with it. I could've easily sold that stuff in a yard sale and made some money, and so could Goodwill. Instead, because I don't have time for a yard sale, I had to trash it. (And on night 1 someone actually took the bed frame and wash machine). If they think people are going to bring perfectly new furniture, they're crazy. Their business model is selling used items with some minor normal wear. People aren't shopping there for brand new. If we want brand new and cheap we'll go to Ollie's or Big Lots.

Great customer service, I’m going to sound picky but didn’t find anything at all. No “lucky finds” type of place.

Everyone please donate to the round up for job placement because the ignorant arrogant staff at this establishment don’t know the difference in a tee shirt and another material shirt. I was going to get my hubby some undershirts for work and she told us that because they were the slick material they would not be classified as a tee shirt they would be considered a dress shirt. If you’re wondering there is a $5 difference. So please go to them all your used merchandise needs and round up for the job placement so we can place some employees at this location not the ignorant ones out in the wild like we encountered.

Worse than 1 star. Store smelled like an over spray of an older ladies flowered perfume. The prices were horrible. When you charge $5.00 for 1 glass that's enough for me.

They say you will never find happiness right out your front door. After searching all stores in Louisville I traveled to Frankfort where I found multiple pairs of shoes my size. I was very grateful to the Frankfort location for making these items available.

AVOID SATURDAYS. It was so busy there were no dressing rooms open a line waiting and several people with carts full of stuff waiting to checkout. The store was clean but I'd recommend a different day of the week.
