This is a wonderful dealership with a great staff! The service is fantastic and the staff is always positive and professional. Johnny Case and Beth Kaiser do a great job as service advisors. They are very helpful. Cory Quisenberry showed me all the new cars on the lot and provided me with a lot of information! I will be back for my next service!

Just bought a 2025 Camry from Toyota Frankfort. Totally different vibe from all the other dealers I've tried. Don Ray was very helpful and willing to work with my busy schedule and gave me a good deal.

Johnny Case is an excellent service advisor who has been very helpful in trying to resolve an ongoing issue with getting an extra key for my RAV4. This has been a challenge but Mr. Case has been working diligently to get this done, and I am grateful for all his efforts to date.

I recently purchased a new vehicle at Frankfort Toyota and had a great experience!
I worked with David, who sent me picture updates of when my car would be in lot, and who patiently talked me through (in detail) everything that needed to be done. He was happy to answer any and all of my questions!
I also worked with Greg Woods, he was there when I came in to get my car. He talked me through all the car buttons and showed me how to use the app, it was incredibly helpful, and he smiled the whole way through!
I highly recommend Frankfort Toyota, and in the future when it is time to purchase a car again, this is where I will be going.

I recently had an oil change and tire rotation for my 2021 Camry, and I’m pleased with the service. Brooke, my service advisor, provided quick and friendly assistance, ensuring everything went smoothly. The shuttle driver was also courteous, making the experience even better. Overall, a seamless and efficient service!

Bill goes out of his way to make sure the car purchasing process is as seamless and swift as possible. He goes above and beyond to make sure he thoroughly answers every question we asked and made sure we understood his answers. He stayed late that evening to complete the entire process in order to prevent t us having to come back on the next day to complete the sale. Th Ms Bill!

I had a great experience buying a vehicle from Frankfort Toyota. My salesperson was Chris Stewart. I actually purchased 3 vehicles over the course of the past 2 months. A vehicle for my son (2025 Camry), Wife (2021 Sienna) and a personal truck for myself (2020 Chevy 2500). Chris answered all my questions and was easy to communicate with through text and/or in person. He emailed updates as vehicles became available. He helped me to make an informed decision and he made purchasing a vehicle a lot less stressful. I would strongly recommend contacting Chris if you are in the market for a new car, truck or van.

Me and my husband had a wonderful experience purchasing our 2025 Corolla Hatchback. From the initial contact with Sarah from the internet sales team asking all the right questions on one that was in transit to and letting me know they had another one on the lot not listed because of a dealer trade, took pictures and sent optional purchase orders led us to drive on the following day to look at it. She handed us off to Chris Stewart in sales who was very pleasant. He pointed out a couple things they noticed on the vehicle, worked the deal and finished up with Dana Arnold in finance to get us on our way. We drove 75 miles to look and ultimately purchasing the vehicle. Wonderful experience ! ! !
