Hours say open until 5pm. I even called the store to verify the hours and Chris confirmed they would be open until 5pm. i took off work early to get to dadant in frankfort by 4:50. Unfortunately every single worker left early and closed up early.

Absolutely slowest shipping in the world. Mann lake 5-7 days equals 2 days on average. Dadant online order takes that long to fill and then they use fedex instead of UPS lord only knows if it Will ever show up.

Dadant makes great wooden ware, but I am surprised th hey sent me close to expired meds. I had planned on treating for varroa in Late September or October I guess I'll have to do it early because my mite strips expire in August

This place is a Joke I waited over a month for Basic Equipment!!!!!!! i called after the original 14 days the website said it would take was told they were a little behind and it would ship Friday or Monday checked the website and nothing waited a couple more days the Again called was told it would ship that Thursday again waited till the following Week after Being assured it would ship i setup for a professional Beekeeper to come out and Help my Novice wife setup the Hive and ordered the bees for the following week. Finally called back The Thursday before all of this was to happen and was told it would be overnighted to me so i would have it and the woman Gave me her word Well it was not I did receive the hat gloves smoker and Books But no hive or suit so i had to cancel the Bee keeper and Bees for a serious loss when i spoke with Steve in the corporate office he said to let him check into it and he would make sure i was taken care of and would call me back or Email me and Still have nothing I dont like leaving Bad feedback but this place was a joke and really is full of liars all the way around.

Regular Customer at this Branch, and although I've had a few issues with past orders, they always go above and beyond to make it right. The quality usually feels more robust than another brand I used to buy from, and their new bottom board design is top notch (built in landing board, which means I no longer have to buy the lumber to make my own).

My buddy and I bought a total a four hives from Dadant along with tools and other supplies. When we went to pick up the order, it took a while to find it, but it was nicely stacked on a pallet and they helped us load it up. Good people there. Worth the drive. When a pin fell out from one of their USA-made smokers, they sent replacements from the factory for free.
