Took myF150 in for the works oil change. Never again I just had check engine light come on with error code took to a local shop who did a complete saftey inspection also my air filter which should have been checked at time of oil change was beyond needing replaced and rear brakes were at 20 percent which also should have been checked and other issues they should have noticed if they actually did the multi point inspection. So really all they did was change the oil and rotated tires. Upon checking out all I got was receipt no inspection papers and even got a survey from them and from the owner. Filled out survey listing my concerns and issues and never heard back not even the owner. Don’t charge for a service that you can not complete. I would give you a zero but it wouldn’t let me

They were ready for me when I showed up, took my truck right in. Did the 'Works' for my truck, everything wwnt good. They told me of a few things I needed to watch, no pressure to 'get it done'.

This place was amazing! Our salesman Sean was very helpful, made the process go smoothly, and went above and beyond! If we need a car in the future, we will come to him if possible!

Frankfort Ford performed an oil change and tire rotation in my driveway. The work went seamlessly and the convenience of having it done at home was outstanding. We have entered a new realm of convenience in car repair that is easy to get excited about.

I and my son had a wonderful experience trading in the 2012 F150 my husband and I owned on a great 2022 Bronco with low milage, thanks to Tim Stillard. He made the process easy and pleasant. I never felt pressured and was treated with respect. He made sure the Bronco was detailed before handing it over to me. Tim went out of his way to bring all the loose ends together since my husband was unable to be part of the experience. Thanks also to the man who did a great job on detailing the Bronco. It's great to have such a trustworthy dealership so close! Dar The service department worked hard to get another key fob for my Bronco but due to a faulty key fob they had to reorder one. First off, I want to be clear that I rarely give one star reviews, but this dealership was exceptionally slimy that I must.
Riley, the guy who helped us was very nice, though I could tell he was new. He was very helpful, but unfortunately couldn't get us a deal to our liking. After spending a while with him, as we walked out another salesman followed us and attempted to steal that poor guy's sale which I find slimy.
The whole dealership operates like it is in the 1980s, and they employ all the sales tricks in the books seeing their customers as money bags rather than guests.

The salesman that assisted me was Tim Stallard. Went in, and helped me get in the exact vehicle I was looking for based on function, accommodations, and price. It was a great car buying experience all around.
