Had my breaks and roters changed out and was charged fairly. I dropped my car off in the AM, and it was finished before I got off work. Very friendly staff and they don't hound you to do stuff to your car that's not needed. I trust them with my vehicle repairs.

Billy was the most informative and helpful person I have ever talked to regarding VWs! Not only that, he squeezed me in his tight schedule to make sure I could haul my daughter around while momma was out of town. Thank you! I'll be coming here for years to come

I came here because of the other positive reviews and they did not disappoint. My brakes failed in Glencoe on Sunday after Christmas; had it towed to their shop and left it outside their gate. Spoke to them on Monday about it and it was fixed by Tuesdaty. The cost was in their quoted range.They only fixed and replaced what needed it; no surprises. I will be returning.Service: Brakes

I rarely ever leave reviews but I have to for Capital Automotive. I can't say enough positive things about this place from the moment I called them until I picked my car up. I have a 2003 BMW Z4 that I have only had for a few months so needless to say when the check engine light came on I thought great there goes my savings. I dreaded answering the call when it came but much to my surprise he simply said "we have it fixed and ready to pick up, it was the coils". Imagine that....he could have stuck it to me with a million things and I would not have known the difference. I 100% recommend these guys for any foreign automotive needs. It is hard to find people this honest these days! Thank you all so much!Services: Engine repair
