Poor service. Poor customer experience. Lack of accurate expectations set, ever. Our service is "lost" very regularly without reasonable explanation. I understand weather related issues and can get onboard with regularly scheduled maintenance, never know when that is, BTW. This service must be utilized for my business which only gets a message - your internet connection is unstable - no less than 2x daily. Want to give better review but, today? Can't.

Bluegrass Fiber started out as a reliable conscience internet service.
But not anymore.....
Terrible service, internet was down 30 times today.....sent emails and my wife called with no feedback.
Will be looking to switch services.
I do not waste money or time on substandard services.

We’ve never had reliable internet service... until now. I can’t recommend this company enough. We were able to make an appointment within a week’s time; they showed up exactly when they said they would; they were professional and friendly, worked quickly, and were done within an hour. We now have the fastest internet I could imagine with clear pictures and no buffering time. I didn’t think it was possible where we live. I’m so thankful for these guys and their business!

Should get Net Buddy. It's $65 a month, download speeds stay around the 80-90 range and uploads are around the 25-35 range and we live in Clay City Ky. Just imagine what you could get in Frankfort. No contracts and it streams with no issues!. No data caps, no throttling, no limits of anything ever and we have been with them for over a year!!! Best internet ever!!! Net Buddy!!!

Got our service connected today and everything about it was great! So far though it’s not been long BUT there is a CLEAR difference from what we had. Haven’t watched our streaming service and it be this crystal clear since we moved here 8 months ago. Also we have so many things going on our WiFi (tv stream, phones, tablet and a PlayStation and computer with NO ISSUES and fast speeds)I have no doubt we will continue to be happy with this service and the customer service these gentleman give us above and beyond! So happy to be a bluegrass fiber customer!
