This by far has to be the worst big lots I have ever been to. While there, i see a bunch of signs (4 to be exact) that say fall harvest 50% off! As consumers, we normally see 50% off. There were four shelves dedicated to this sale. The employee starts to ring it up and says NOT ON SALE and then the “manager” comes up while I’m saying the signs say it’s on sale. She starts running her mouth saying “no that sale was from yesterday, see I already had to take one of the sign down in the store and it’s says Fridays are back and even has Oct 4 on the bottom” it was in tiny font and since when is it our jobs to read fine print at a place like big lots.
Needless to say they did not honor it, which is my understanding it’s a company policy to honor the pricing. It is not my fault or any other customers fault they didn’t remove their sale signs from the day before. She was completely rude acting as though I am an idiot for not seeing the 7 font date on the bottom corner!! I went save money, because times are hard, for all of us. And all I wanted to do was get some cute fall stuff for half off. She was gross acting, m it was hard to not go all “Karen” on her. So disappointing.

This big lots is a lot better than the old one! More to choose from and more organized! Update not so Organized anymore. The store is in disarray. They need to hire some people to put their stock away.

Great workers!Updated: Do NOT go to the store in Georgetown. If poor service by workers who ignore you. Shoutout to the only cashier for actually working! The furniture Department needs a new crew. Even the lady in charge. It's a definite no from me. The Frankfort store has a much better customer service crew.

The girl at the counter never spoke, never smiled, scuffed when I gave her 100.00 bill, never said Thank you or asked for my discount card, (which I forgot about until I got home). The store is nice but she should not be working in the public at all!!
