We called Rodney, and he relayed his sympathy, recalling the story from when he was a small child, and his father breaking down. He helped us get a tow truck and immediately worked on the vehicle to determine what was needed. The next morning, he had it fixed within one hour of having the part. Great service, really friendly people and a credit to the auto repair industry.
