Our A/C went out while on vacation. Temps were in the mid to high 90°s. We stopped in, explained our situation, and they took a look at the car right away. I needed spark plugs and she explained everything to me and what could be causing my problem if it’s not the spark plugs and told me to come back if what I do doesn’t work . “O'Reilly has generally been my go to for auto parts for years. Service by their associates has always been good and they in general seem to be knowledgeable and well trained. Prices on parts I go for are often less than competitors. 8 times out of 10 when I need something the store I go to doesn't have in stock, they can get it there that same day from another nearby store.
The only thing I would like to recommend to them and see them do is offer an app for both android phones and iPhones. It would make things much easier for customers and give them more opportunity to jump ahead of their competitors that already have apps available.”

The blonde hair guy(wish I got his name) he was so professional and took the time to explain the damage to my tire and why it was damaged not only that he took a picture to show me the inside of the tire which was terrible.
