Visited my local ATT store recently to change phone plans. Even though we waited about 20 minutes, the service was great! They were very busy & had only 2 reps to take care of everyone. They were very friendly & very knowledgeable about their services.

At &t Frankfort KY at Leonardwood Dr Lisa and Ross were wonderful, patient, kind, friendly, knowledgeable. My husband and I are in our 70’s needed new phones and all data transferred. Highly recommend them both

We had a great experience with the guy that helped us! My mother needed a new phone and he didn’t try and upsell us something she wouldn’t know how to use. She’s diabetic and has certain apps she has to use and he made sure we got her a phone that worked with all of them! He was professional and respectful. Great... read full comment
