“Beautiful place to live and raise your family. I lived at riverford for 2 years and loved the community, staff and maintenance team. At the end of 2023 I was temporarily transferred for work to Alabama and had to maintain 2 leases one in Alabama and Frankfort KY at the crossing. No problem I can afford it. I understand most cant but I respect others and they're situations. January 1st I was permanently transferred to Alabama went on to pay my rent for three months as I was told to do by their leasing department a person currently no longer working there, total charges in the end over 5,000 for vacating and not living in the apartment.

“I've lived at Rockwood Apartments for 3 years and it's been a good experience. The maintenance takes care of issues within a day. When it snowed, they had people come out and clear the roads and sidewalks (still need to clear your driveway of course). One thing I wish for is that city offer recycling pickup here. It's a quiet, safe area.”
