“I called community car care for a second opinion on my 2018 Tahoe fuel injector problem. One garage quoted me nearly $5000 to fix and a very long time to get the parts in. Community care ordered the parts immediately for me and quoted me $2000 and gave me a towing service that they work with to pick the car up the next day and I had my car back within four days and it runs great! Edit: after consulting with friends, I was made aware that I was over charged for parts. I was charged $300 for replacing 1 ignition coil. I found that a 4 pack online was $82. He did not replace all 4. I just want anyone to be aware that if you are not very car savy, they might take advantage of your lack of knowledge.”

“The owner took my car for a drive to test what was wrong with it, that’s when I knew he was a great mechanic. Most just look at it and give you many different things it could be, he was able to tell me exactly what it was. He was honest with me and gave me advice of what to do and what not to do with my car. One of the mechanics also changed the fuse for my taillight and got that working. All without asking for a dime. Truly a rare shop and such a blessing to find when you’re new to an area and have no idea what to expect.”

The owner explained us very kindly and honestly the solution with his sketch that describe the exact problem part. The office staff was also very kind. We feel this place a kind of family doctor for our car. Strongly recommend!”
“I went in to get a used tire so I wouldn't have to keep driving on a donut. Very friendly and professional staff. They had my wheel ready in less than 10 minutes and only for $45. I declined to have them swap over the wheel due to my bad experiences with shops snapping off studs and completely overtorquing the lug nuts. Without getting defensive, the owner understood and reassured me that they take the extra steps to avoid that from happening. They even offered to put my wheel in my trunk. Very friendly staff.”

“Staff was professional, and the technicians expertise was obvious. Previous mechanic said it could not fix loose blinker that sometimes worked and sometimes didn’t and also dash lights. So I took it to the dealership and they also said they could not fix it because the car was too old. so I took it to Grout automotive and they fixed every single problem that the car had and for a good fair price! I highly recommend these guys!”
