Great car wash and friendly staff

We use this car wash regularly when in the area and always does a good job BUT today they were offering an "unlimited month for the same price as the Dry & Shine" what they failed to inform me that it's an auto Recharge Authorization of $34.97/mth to the card I used! Had I been informed of this, I would have declined! I now hope to be able to cancel online somewhere and not have to drive back to deal with this!?

I come here daily and always have good experience. Friendly staff always willing to help if I have a question. Vacuum is very useful and the price for unlimited is identical to anyone else in the area, so the price point is on shelf with the economy, for me it's the service and ease of access.

I have been going here for almost a year and I recommend them to EVERYONE. The car wash attendants are always very friendly. The tunnel is clean and the vacuum's are great and there are plenty of parking spaces. The micro towels are meant to be a bit damp and I personally like that they are. It helps with the wiping down on the inside of my car. I see some of these bad reviews and think to myself OMG really people! Stop being a Karen or a Chad. Treat others like you wanna be treated. You are probably one of those people who doesn't tip when you are supposed to or return your shopping cart. And yes they should charge you to vacuum if you are not getting a car wash. In what world do you just pull into a car wash and get to use their vacuum's without a purchase of some sort lol. Silly kids. Keep SHINNING Tidal Wave. Y'all ROCK.

Rude staff my car was still dirty so I tried to go thru again. I do have the highest priced membership the guy looks me in my eye and is like where is your car dirty at I responded the bugs are still crusted on bumper he pulls a rag out and starts scratching them off instead of just letting me thru again very rude and he flicked me off when I backed up and just left the car wash since he acted as though a second wash would come out of his check.

They sprayed silicone lubricant on my tires after being asked not to. When asked what they're going to do about it, they told me to rub some dirt on it. Very incompetent staff, I would never reccomend to anyone. You dont lubricate tires unless you want to crash. Stuff is all over my rims also which makes me wonder how much got into my brakes. Looks like trash and highly concerned about my traction and braking. At least Mike's car wash would make things right. Ms Classic would also. Bypass these clowns and go one block further.

Great car wash. The monthly package deals are better if you're like me and wash your car often. The employees are nice and friendly. They provide rags and spray cleaner, oh and their vacuums are free to use unlike another car wash in the area where you have to pay an additional $2 on top of the cost of the wash. LOL.

So while vacuuming my vehicle today this guy demands I pay 5$ today because evidently people are stealing things and costing them more money. Says he is not accusing me but it’s gonna be 5 to vacuum mind you I was already almost done and have never been charged to vacuum here before! I will never use them again. That is absolutely ridiculous. Also I was the only person this guy approached for money. A little odd to me. I will go elsewhere next time.

I was a member here for a year. I just cancelled my membership and joined a different car wash. I have been there multiple times when they're out of towels or spray. The vacuums often lack suction. The towels are often wet. If it's busy and you have to park next to another car, you have to share a vacuum. It's definitely not the only place around to get a car wash. I'm very happy at my new place!

6/13/2024. As the conveyor pulled my car towards the end of the X4 $30 car wash, I heard a very loud overhead noise. It sounded as if my car roof was being pulled off. Once wash exit light went from yellow to green. I exited my car to find a 4.5 ft roof trim have been ripped from my car by the cloth towel roller. The towel roller piece was still lodged in the trim. The wash employee told me that this is "not uncommon" and it "happens a lot". I did have to call the police department out to make a report and I asked to see the wash video. I was denied access to the video of my car in the car wash and have requested that the video stays intact for legal purposes. I am requesting that Tidal Wave repair/replace the roof trim that was torn off by their faulty towel roller equipment. The wash employee offered to tape the trim back to my car which was not acceptable. I will update review as needed. Here are the pictures of the piece of towel roller and the damage to my car. I do not recommend using this carwash!

Wash was ok- 1 wash cost me 56$$- 21 promo- then 35 auto renew hit my acct. I used it 1 time. I was unaware of auto renew. When I called and asked for refund. I got a robot- type response for customer service. Won’t go back based on principle…

The attendant offered a month of car washes for the price of one but completely failed to mention that it would charge me full price monthly for continued service. Canceling it has been a hassle.
