“I took my '01 Sebring in for a high mileage oil change. That was completed very promptly and efficiently. They called me and said they noticed, while checking air pressures, I had a nail in one of the tires. Due to the location (near the outside edge of the tread they were not allowed to repair the tire. I was quoted a replacement which I declined and said I would patch the tire myself at home. The young lady (I think she was in charge) was kind enough to mark the location with a yellow mark on the sidewall pointing to the location on the tread where I could find the nail. That made it way easier for me to find. She went outside with me to make sure I saw the location. Great customer service! Thank you.”
“Quickly helped me patch a hole in my tire that I got from a nail on the highway! They were super kind and fast, and even checked my other tires’ air as well. Could’ve easily scammed me as it was obvious that I didn’t know much about my tires lol. Definitely will come back again if I need help!”

“Staff was professional, and the technicians expertise was obvious. Previous mechanic said it could not fix loose blinker that sometimes worked and sometimes didn’t and also dash lights. So I took it to the dealership and they also said they could not fix it because the car was too old. so I took it to Grout automotive and they fixed every single problem that the car had and for a good fair price! I highly recommend these guys!”

The owner explained us very kindly and honestly the solution with his sketch that describe the exact problem part. The office staff was also very kind. “If you have interlock, they are top notch to handle it. From installing it, to in-between problems, calibrations ect..beginning to end. I cannot speak
of intoxalock, but Ron handled everything with absolute care and empathy. Getting my car towed twice, exchanging my battery for free, to troubleshooting.The communication was always excellent. And I seem to have an honest mechanic I can rely on. Thank you for your ongoing help in such a financially and emotionally draining, difficult time.”

“I’ve been relatively annoyed with oil places recently and decided to give this a try. It was nice not to be railed for extra services. I know I need them but I have to budget things slowly and it’s nice not to be pressured. Guys were very friendly and fast. Weren’t annoyed at all by my lack of attention span when I got an emergency call. Spent about how much I expected to spend and will be back next time.”

“Very pleased with my experience at Steward Tire & Auto Service. I went in last week with a tire issue and was initially pleased with the customer service, and the work done to fix my tire. Driving my car this morning (a little over a week later) my tire light came on again showing that the tire just fixed was leaking again. Stopped in with patience and in no hurry to Stewart Tire & Auto Service, Don and the other employees were very kind and accommodating.
