So grateful for Dr. Black & her staff that took great care of my 5m old kitten Peaches. She had a large mass growth underneath her tongue, Dr. Black immediately let me know that she had availability the next day for surgery to remove it. As well as spaying her. The financial part of the experience was also so helpful with the VetPlan they have for all aged kittens/cats. She is home resting, happy and healthy.

It is night and day with the customer service here. I’ve experienced some of the most caring and sincere individuals who make me thankful I have been a loyal customer (for 15+ Years) at Noah’s Ark. Lately I’ve received impatient, apathetic, and extremely insensitive care takers / receptionists who have left me beside myself, have hung up on me, and scoffed at my questions. When your beloved animal doesn’t feel well it weighs hard on everyone involved. Really torn, Thanks “Sierra” for your empathy......

The appointment making process is poorly managed. You have a 5 minute window to try to get online for basically a lottery ticket to get your animal in to be seen. Yes I am upset! My dog needs attention and the lottery is the only way to handle a non emergency. I took the day off trying to win the pet lottery. So I guess I take more time off and try to hit the lottery another day!!!!! Poor Jada.

Ft Wright we took my mom's dog to bed put to sleep she was charged alot for what his remains came in literally a TIN CAN!! PROBABLY COSTED 2.00.....VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! STAFF WAS NICE BUT I BOUGHT HIM A BEAUTIFUL WOODEN BOX THAT ALL OTHER VETS PUT THEM IN...... SO UPSET....R.I.P BUDDY ROSE D.O.B 9/16/2015- 7/22/2024

I don't feel my dog ( one of nine) was humanly euthanized. Seven of nine had to be put down due to terminal illness. Only two were put down at Noah's ark. Only one had panic attack minutes after the first drug what is administered. The vet came in in the middle of the panic attack. When I told her I thought that this was very inhuman she turned around and walked out. Never have I or any of my dogs been through such an ordeal during a euthanasia.
If you're looking for a cheap vet for routine immunizations then Noah's ark is fine. If you are looking for a compassionate that for other purposes please look elsewhere.

I love Kate & the front staff & Dr. Tate today was so patient & knowledgeable with my very special, high strung shepherd/husky mix. Rip & I left with an actual plan that I am so excited about. As a single woman, my animals are my entire world. I am so grateful for the support of Noah’s Ark.

I have used Noah’s ark for the last 4-5 years. I have 3 dogs and I have liked all the doctors we have seen over the years. However I just recently had to put my dog down(first time experience) that was a hard decision but over the last month Dr Leblanc has cared for papi and guided me in making this hard decision. Dr Leblanc is so knowledgeable, caring and her kindness doesn’t go unknown. I will forever be grateful for her and the staff at Noah’s ark at this difficult time.

I was not informed by email or by phone from the staff at Noahs ark that Prescriptions cannot be renewed after a certain time period. I am not responsible for there not informing me of this, they are. This is wrong and putting me and my cat under unnecessary .... They should now correct this and put in the prescription and quantity I sent to them.

I haven’t even left the room yet and I’m already so impressed with everyone here. They’re kind, thoughtful and truly have hearts to help, and not just the pets. I picked this place based on the amazing reviews and talk about well priced procedures and so on. I couldn’t agree more. If you need to take your pet somewhere, THIS is the place. The waiting is amazing too. You call, make an appointment and they put you on a text list. So you don’t waste hours here, you wait at home, or wherever, and check your status online, then when it’s closer to your turn, you just load up and come this way. It’s so convenient!
