Jessica is a wonderful loan officer and you should chose her to help you purchase your dream home!Jessica and Bank of England even have a program that offers down payment assistance to help you if you don’t have the 20% or even 3% of the purchase price to put down as the downpayment. I talked to multiple banks at the beginning of our home searching process and Bank of England was the only one that offered this program.She was recommended to us by a previous realtor and I’m thankful that she was. Jessica is really does care about what you need and even want in a questions and is patient with her clients.I asked a ton of questions and had many phone calls, even after business hours with her, during this process and she answered all of them. I’m sure I asked some of the same questions more than once but she never said “I already answered that so go back and look at the response.” She just simply answered it again.Be sure to send her a message when looking to purchase your first home or your next home! She will not disappoint you. My husband and I are about to close on our first home within a few days because of her guidance and hard work in this process. We wanted to purchase a home and be moved in before our son’s due date in April. Jessica and her team had a huge part of making that possible. Purchasing a home, especially your first home, is a stressful process and Jessica made that process a lot easier.Thank you so much for all your guidance during this process Jessica!
