10 chairs and only 2 very slow stylist every time you go in and if you don't check in online you are screwed. No wonder it's an hour wait every time. This place sucks as does the people who run it.

Alex is very talented and he is great with the customers. He cut my 5 year old son's hair yesterday and not only did he do a fantastic job with his hair, he also kept my son calm and entertained while doing it. 5 star service.

Came in this afternoon with my boyfriend for him to get his hair cut. They did an amazing job! And it was very fast too. Only costed him $9.99 but obviously we left a tip as well :) Wish we would’ve got the stylists name but she was a black woman with yellow hair. Best hair cut I think he’s had in a while!

Love my Ft Wright great clips. Alex and Mackenzie are the best Alex is not there I go to Mackenzie. They're the only ones I let do my hair because they are so good. Love that place. Very friendly

Absolutely highly recommend ! My mom works there and I won't go anywhere else! If you need someone who is patient, understanding,and works with ALL disabilities, she Is the one ! Call great clips in Fort Mitchell or Fort wright ask for Jessica. She works with autism, down syndrome, high and low functioning adhd, wheelchair bound, Terrettes, blind, etc just to name a few. Definitely go and see her. Just mention to her your fears, boundaries, concerns and etc for yourself and or the love ones you bring in and she will Accommodate according ❤️

No wait, very nice lady who cut my daughter's hair she listened to my daughter cut her hair just like she wanted. Made her feel comfortable and confident. Will definitely be back.

Started a hair cut just fine, cut half the child’s hair a boy mind you so it would have been easy to see and then stopped and said he had nits in his hair half a bowl cut idk how they didn’t notice when they were brushing spraying and started cutting his hair to begin with awful service ?
