“I always choose to go to Mike’s Car Wash over any other place because I know I’ll get a great car wash. I always choose the basic wash because it’s priced the best, & I think it does a sufficient job. Their other wash options are really pricey, & I’m not sure if they’re worth it.
The staff at this location are so friendly! Also, there’s never a super long line like there is at the Florence one. The staff always hose down my car thoroughly with the soap gun before I go into the drive thru. Always happy with how the wash turns out.”

“Went through their 24 hour wash a few weeks ago all though it accepted my payment the wash prompted me to wait for the car in front of me. Although there was no car in there the sprayers kept spraying in one spot after 15 minutes of waiting I left. I called and left a voicemail for a complementary wash or something for my money back and have yet to hear anything back. The owner called me back and made it right. Now that is what is most important about business. Thank you sir.”

“After working out some details, this business owner, Cathy, accepted responsibility and did the right thing and is helping me with my windshield. There was some miscommunication initially, and she stepped up as a business owner. The gate was faulty, likely due to the extreme cold temperatures that were present at the time, and it could've happened to anyone. I will continue to park here as I always have as the pricing is as fair as any at CVG. I have also used their valet service and it's very convenient. Thank you Cathy for being a responsible business owner!”
“This is a relatively new car wash in the area and I noticed when I got gas that they were offering free top level car washes so I figured why not. Overall, I think it went well, though there was still some residue from cicada guts on my car, but those came off pretty easily afterwards. I think the one weird thing about it is that instead of your car moving through the car wash, the car wash and brushes all move around you and because it does that it shakes your car a little bit. The free vacuum was nice though, good suction on those.”

They go above and beyond for their customers and made sure I was completely happy with my purchase and answered any questions I had. “They had the lanes foe washing cars in the center and vacuums on either end. Having multiple vacuums on either end keeps everything moving because it takes more time to vacuum than to wash. There's nearly always a vacuum available.”

“I come here daily and always have good experience. Friendly staff always willing to help if I have a question. Vacuum is very useful and the price for unlimited is identical to anyone else in the area, so the price point is on shelf with the economy, for me it's the service and ease of access.”
