I just got a cut and asked for it to be i short. Now that I got home and wet it down and brushed it myself it is the worst haircut I've ever gotten. Sorry but it true. It looks like someone put a bowl wit a broken handle on my head and cut around it. Most of the time I go there they do a great job but this is the first time this person cut my hair and she cut it like I was a 12 year old boy. Also. 25:00 plus tip is for a 10 minute hair cut is out of control. I guess I will go to a good barber and just have someone cut it off and start over.

I drove down from West Chester because Andrea was filling in and helping Shannon! Andrea did EXACTLY what I asked and wanted! I was the last customer of the day, Shannon was cleaning up but came over and chatted with me too. I felt like I had known him my whole life too!!!!

If I could give Shannon a 10 I would. He was terrific with my autistic daughter. This is the first time my daughter ever sat still for her haircut. I'm sorry I did not get the name of the hairdresser that did my hair I would give her a 10 also. Thank you so much for a terrific experience. You have new customers. We will definitely return.
