Easy to get to, nice units, very secure; but we really got screwed on the "first two months half off" deal. We started our rental on the 27th of a month- and those three days counted as our first "month". Moved out on the 2nd of the month- that counted as a full price month. Office workers were very polite and very professional, but said that was a company policy and didn’t have any further path of recourse for us . We were never told of these terms when we came in to sign up for the unit, and it ended up being far, far more expensive than we predicted. Maybe all storage places are like this, but I won't be renting here again. Disappointed in the lack of communication, and honestly, what tastes like false advertising.

Price gouging, trying to keep up with Public Storage. It's just more extortion of the entities that profit from the growing housing/homelessness crisis.

I use this storage facility each year to store Christmas Presents so I don’t have to hide them from the kids. We have Amazon ship them straight to the facility and the team there puts them in our unit for us. Then I go in and put the stuff together before Christmas. They are amazing! Troy is the manager and he is so pleasant and accommodating! I would highly recommend this facility for anyone!!!

I had my storage unit for about 1.5 years and the whole experience was A+++. The units were very secure, the area was always clean and kept up nicely. I came into the office almost at closing time when I initially rented the unit and the staff was super welcoming and still took their time through the intro/setup process even though it was technically after closing time.They had locks and other supplies to purchase right there in the office, which was very convenient.All of my conversations (email and phone) with the staff since then has been super responsive and pleasant - even when my credit card had expired a couple of times through the time I had the unit - the staff called and we fixed everything and we were off the phone in just a couple of minutes.I am now closing my account and my unit with them because I no longer need the space but if I ever need it again in the future, I'll definitely be back.

I have had 2 different storage units with them over the course of 10 years. The folks at the desk are friendly and helpful. The units are dry, clean and in good working order. The lot is always clean and well maintained.The gate system is easy to use.If I wasn't moving out of the area, I would continue to use their services.Highly recommend this locally owned business.

I have used 3L Self Storage since roughly Oct 2021. The staff is always kind, helpful, and quick to respond, making me feel like a valued customer. If I ever need storage space again, 3L will be my choice.

Very nice experience with this company last year.The staffs are friendly & service is fantastic.Storage areas are easy to get into, but also secured & felt safe, most of all is no steps required.
