It was the Friday after Thanksgiving and I was driving my dad around so he could do some errands. He reminded me that he had to pay his Campbell county taxes. We stopped at his bank to get the money before going just a short distance down the street to get here. The place was place empty except for the 3 employees that I saw inside. We were greeted warmly with a smile. It only took 2 minutes to complete the transaction. While standing there I asked the employee how much the convenience fee was to make the payment. To my surprise she told me that there was not one. This impressed me! I was also impressed with the warm and safe feeling that the old fashion decor of the bank interior projects upon you when entering it. I can not speak about any other services that this bank provides at this time but the friendly, safe and positive vibes that I experienced here would encourage me to return in the future.
