“I feel they’re affordable and fair. Ken’s is a place I feel like I can take vehicles back to. Others I have patronized have lost my trust and appear to be your typical “untrusting” shops in the near vicinity/area.I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Needed a left turn signal fuse replaced. In my few times having been there I feel like their interactions with me, time of repair, and costs have been nice and influenced me to return when needed. “Called for tire pricing on my vehicle, Tommy was very helpful, took the time to explain the different options, and the services that would be provided. Booked the appointment for next day. Heard from the Tommy the next day to let me know tires had arrived and appointment was at 2pm. Arrived for the appointment, greeted by tech, went over the purchase and service being provided. Waited about 2 hours 30 minutes for four new tires, mount, balanced, and alignment. Really happy with the experience, vehicle runs amazing and smooth. If you want a shop that takes the time to make sure you are taken care of I recommend these guys.”

“Take your vehicle here. Had a stripped bolt caused by the big name place (that starts with a V and rhymes with Gasoline) who then sent me to my mechanic to get it fixed before they could do my next oil change. Called these guys after seeing reviews of 4.9/5 stars on Carfax and 4.8/5 stars on Google. Reviews that great get my attention -- and I wasn't wrong in choosing them. They not only took care of my issue without me having to go to my mechanic, but did it right away. They also have great pricing and a very friendly staff all around. They don't try to up-sell you on other unnecessary services like that aforementioned place -- and you could just tell they were honest. It's a gut feeling you get when you meet honest people, if you know what I mean. While there, I met another customer who travels all the way from Williamsburg, Ohio to get his oil changes/vehicle services there -- all because of the honest, affordable service. Help support your local small business. It's a lesson I learned today and won't forget. Thank you gentlemen. You have earned a lifelong customer today. :)”

“I had a nail in one of my tires on the way to a doctor appointment. I stopped at a tire shop that I recently did business with. They said they could look at it, but it would take a couple of hours. I didn't have time to wait so I went down the road to Tire Discounters ( which I have done business with for 40 years.) They were also busy but knew I was on my way to an appointment. Chris Costen said they could look at it for me. They pulled the nail out, and unfortunately the the tire had an air leak, but they took the time to go ahead and patch it for me. I was so happy and impressed with the whole crew. Chris and all the shop people were very professional and polite. They even checked all 4 pressure sensors, adjusted the air, and even cleaned all my wheels and tires! And did it for no charge!! What great service. I will be continuing to use Tire Discounters forever. Especially this location at 8600 Beechmont Ave. Cincinnati Ohio. Good job, everybody. Clint from Amelia, Ohio”

“This auto shop has been a lifesaver for me twice in the past month or so. I rely on my truck to make income through food delivery apps, so when I kept having issues I was losing sleep over missing bills. But Mike serviced my vehicle thoroughly and quickly, finishing every service in nearly a day, much faster than any other auto shop I’ve been to. Now my truck is running soundly with no issues.Mike also took the time to show me exactly what was wrong on my truck so I fully understood what services were needed and why. I feel like my concerns about my vehicle are taken seriously at this auto shop, while most other places talk down to me or dismiss my concerns. I’ll definitely be sticking with this auto shop for as long as I can, no need to keep looking for better!”

“I had needed my truck looked at because I had needed a plug place in my tire. The previous place I went to refused to plug it and told me I needed all 4 of my tires replaced. Shawn and Mike to great care of my vehicle and needless to say they reassured me that my tires still had some life left in them. They didn’t try to upsell me or make me get any unnecessary work done to my vehicle. I will continue taking my truck here for maintenance and tire needs going forward.”

Don't know how RT became a manager sure wasn't his ability to talk to customers please people if u do choose to go here pleas look at your receipt and make sure it has your name and address on it and not someone else's it can void your warranty even though my credit card paid for the service the receipt does not have my name on it and was told nothing can be done cuz my number came up another person's name that I don't even know so now my receipt is is in their name and nothing they can do about it. MR RT WAS VERY RUDE AND UNHELPFUL STATING NOTHING CAN BE DONE ABOUT IT !!!!! PLEASE CHOOSE A DIFFERENT LOCATION AND AVOID THE HEADACHES”

“My car recently blew a tire and needed to get them changed. I ordered my tires and appointment online through Good Year and had it scheduled two days later. While there were some issues with my appointment, it was on Good Year and not this location. They were still able to help me get my tires on and were transparent on everything. If you are ordering online and schedule it online as well, I would suggest following up with your location (a quick call) to make sure you are in the system. This is a problem with the online website so no reason for me to dock stars off of here. They were quick, very friendly, and helpful!”

“Out-of-towner who had a flat tire on a Sunday morning while staying overnight in the Cincinnati area. Most tire places were closed. Went to an auto service store near our Airbnb. They told me they wouldn’t even be able to get to it that day. Searched and saw that Quality Tire was open. Drove over to the store. Less than 10 minutes and $10 later, they had my tire off, patched, and my wife and I back on the road, enjoying our day. Truly saved our weekend getaway. Thanks so much!”
